Mission:

To teach traditional Martial arts in a loving, caring environment without the use of Oriental mysticism or religious overtones.

OMEGA MARTIAL ARTS was started in 1982 and incorporated in 1986 by Dr. Bob Davis.

Dr. Davis attended several traditional Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Judo, Aikido, Karate and Kung fu schools and discovered most "Master" instructors have an opinion of themselves that rivaled God. Eventually Dr. Davis decided to form his own school based on Christian values. He took the best things he had learned and molded them into the system called "OMEGA MARTIAL ARTS". He chose the name Omega [the last letter in the Greek alphabet] because it is one of the names for God. The Omega Symbol out side the logo is the electronic symbol for resistance. A perfect blend of the values Dr. Davis wished to express. The foundational statement for Omega is "Teaching quality martial arts in a loving, caring, safe and family environment".

Omega White Tiger is an affiliate of Omega Martial Arts.

OMEGA MARTIAL ARTS is a blend of Tae Kwon Do, American Boxing, Karate, Isshinru, Judo, Jujitsu, Traditional Weaponry, Street Smart Self-Defense and Shipasho "18 postures" [the ancient family art from China]. Traditional weapons include sticks [Arnis stick fighting], Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Nunchakus, Kama, Sword, 3 section staff, 9 section chain and Rope Dart. All instructors for Omega are trained and experienced Black Belts. They are trained not only in Martial Arts but are given instruction in communication and how to help special need students.
