Caprice LaFon

Caprice LaFon has been training in Omega Martial Arts since 1998 and has attained the rank of 2nd DAN Black Belt. Caprice is training in Omega Judo and JuJitsu programs with the desire to attain a Black Belt in those disciplines as well. Caprice has been teaching the Kid Kicker program and Cardio Karate program for several years now and shows a true passion for bringing out a sense of self esteem and self discipline in her students. Caprice enjoys spending time with her son doing several indoor and outdoor activities.
